MCG MIP® Lunch & Learn

Your Live Session Access

Your Lunch & Learn purchase gives you access to the live session you selected. Your personal Zoom registration and unique join link will be delivered separately by Zoom.

You do not need to complete another registration form. MCG will register you for the session using the email address associated with your Thinkific purchase.
Important: Check Your Email Address

Your Thinkific email should match the email address you plan to use for Zoom.

MCG uses the email address associated with your Thinkific purchase to register you for the live Zoom session and send your unique Zoom access information.

If the email address on your Thinkific account is different from the email address you intend to use for Zoom, you may have difficulty receiving or using the correct session access information.

Already completed your purchase? If you need to update your Thinkific email address or make sure the correct email address is registered for your Lunch & Learn, please contact MCG Support before the session.

What happens next?

After your purchase is processed, our registration system connects your Thinkific purchase with the correct MCG Lunch & Learn session and registers you directly with Zoom.

Thinkific records your purchase and provides MCG with the information needed to register you for the correct live session.

Zoom registers you

Your registration is created using the email address associated with your Thinkific purchase.

Your unique link arrives by email

Zoom will send you a confirmation email containing your personal join link and options to add the session to your calendar.

Before the session

  • Watch for a Zoom confirmation email after your purchase.
  • Check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the confirmation in your inbox.
  • Add the meeting to your calendar using the calendar options included in the Zoom confirmation.
  • Use the unique Zoom join link from your confirmation email when it is time for the session.
  • Please do not share your personal Zoom join link with another attendee.

Didn't receive your Zoom confirmation?

If you have completed your purchase and do not receive your Zoom confirmation after a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder first. If it is still missing, contact MCG and we will help verify your registration.
