This training takes users through the Accounts Payable transaction cycle in MIP Cloud®, from entering invoices and processing checks to voiding, reversing, and correcting entries.
Accounts Receivable (ARI)
This course teaches MIP Cloud® AR invoice training, including session setup, invoice entry, invoice review, and accurate posting for stronger receivables tracking.
General Ledger Transactions (GLT)
Learn General Ledger transactions in MIP Cloud®, including journal voucher entry with Auto Reversal plus accurate cash disbursement and cash receipt processing.
Report Production (RPT)

Accounts Payable (API)
This MIP Cloud® course takes users through the Accounts Payable transaction cycle from beginning to end. It starts with invoice entry and check processing, then explains how to void, reverse, and correct entries so users can manage payables more confidently inside the cloud environment. As with the classic AP training path, the emphasis is on accurate transaction handling, stronger workflow understanding, and cleaner financial records, but the wording and examples are framed for MIP Cloud®.
Accounts Receivable (ARI)
This training teaches users how to set up sessions, enter invoices, review receivables activity, and post transactions accurately in MIP Cloud®. It follows the same practical learning path as classic AR training by focusing on invoice setup, revenue coding, transaction review, and final posting, but the language is updated for cloud users who need stronger receivables tracking and cleaner records in the cloud interface.
General Ledger Transactions (GLT)
The GLT course covers core General Ledger work in MIP Cloud®, including journal voucher entry with Auto Reversal, plus the accurate processing of cash disbursements and cash receipts. Like the classic GLT training, it is designed to strengthen day-to-day transaction handling, help users understand debits and credits more clearly, and build confidence around posting and review, but the wording is tailored to the cloud product and the workflows users follow there.
Report Production (RPT)
Report Production covers the key reports users rely on in MIP Cloud®, including Unposted Transaction Reports, Expanded General Ledger, Statement of Revenue and Expenditures, and Balance Sheet reporting. Similar to the classic report production course, this training is meant to help users run more accurate and more useful financial reports, understand what each report is doing, and make better use of the reporting tools available in the cloud environment.
Vendor Setup & Maintenance (VEN)
This course focuses on establishing and maintaining vendors in MIP Cloud®. It teaches users how to create vendor records, manage vendor setup accurately, and build a cleaner, more dependable vendor file in the system. The structure follows the same practical goals as the classic vendor setup training, including stronger setup standards and better day-to-day maintenance, but the wording is updated for MIP Cloud® and how vendor management is approached there.
